Will of Daniel JOYNER of Hitchin, HRT, Yeoman 1778(1)

I Daniel JOYNER of Hitchin in the County of Hertford yeoman
make my last will an testament as follows

First I give and bequeath unto my dear and honoured
mother Mary JOYNER and to my dear Brother James
JOYNER the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds to be
by them placed out at Interest on such security as they
shall approve And the interest and proceed thereof shall be
paid to my said Mother during her life and after her
decease I give the said principal sum of Two hundred and
fifty pounds to my said brother James JOYNER for his own use
Also I give to my said brother In pounds immediately
after my decease. And all the rest of my Moneys
Securities for Moneys my watch and all other my personal
Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of
my just debts and funeral expenses) I give and 
bequeath to my Mother for her use and appoint her
sole executor of this my last will and testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this fourteenth day of December 1777.
